What life accomplishment are you most proud of and why?

I am proud of taking the steps to move to a new place. The transition has allowed my drive to make a difference; opening doors for myself and the community I serve.

Who or what has been your greatest inspiration in pursuing leadership?

My parents are my inspiration. They have always placed God in my life, and it has been the driving force in my life and programming. Their influence has motivated me to stand in the gap, to help those who don’t have what they need.

If you could give one piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be?

Stay the course. Trials and tribulations will occur, but your goals are worth it.
