One Economy seeks to realign our future by stating, “We can do better. We must do better.” We acknowledge our inequities and failings and stand them alongside tremendous hope. One Economy strives to eradicate the historical racial wealth divide between Whites and African Americans in Polk County. We emphasize building a community that recognizes every individual's part in building the whole and giving everyone the tools they need to be successful.
