I'm a Black woman DV (domestic violence) survivor who identified 2 distinct barriers for Black women during/after DV: the Black community’s biased expectations and assumptions; mainstream society’s biased perception of her identity and needs. As a social entrepreneur, I am changing the narrative by innovatively educating in both places.
